The face can be customized with many different screens or you can upload your own photo and then add the date, steps, heart rate, etc. Step count is very accurate. Pulse is accurate. Blood pressure not so much, but I wouldn't expect it to be. The sleep tracker is very interesting. I'm not sure how it determines light sleep vs deep sleep but it seems to know when I'm sleeping! I have had 2 Apple Watches in the past, and this watch is like an Apple Watch, but more simple. I actually like that, as I wasn't really intrigued by all the bells and whistles of the Apple Watch; they became distracting. I say that it is like an Apple Watch because many of its features (heart rate, starting a workout, changing the watch face, etc.) work the same way as an Apple Watch, so it's super intuitive. The battery life, however, is MUCH better than an Apple Watch. With minimal use, it lasts for over a week straight! I also love how this smart watch is water proof. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of this watch. Battery life is good. Comfort is good. Tracking seems to be good although my doctor says my blood pressure is higher then the watch reads but I use it as a baseline so if the watch says it is up, then I will get the actual blood pressure cuff. The watch is very bright when it is dark which can be an issue if you decide to snuggle your man in bed and the light comes on in his face, remember that guys! The only true complaint is the slides that hold the excess band in place move around alot, but that is a minor issue for me.
